-WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY OF YOUR PREFIX / SUFFIX / ACCESS TO THE SERVER IF YOU ARE FOUND CHEATING / BREAKING ANY OF THE RULES.
-NO REFUNDS.
-NO CHARGE BACKS.
-REFUNDING / CHARGING BACK AN ITEM AFTER RECIEVING IT WILL ENSURE YOUR PERMANENT REMOVAL FROM THE SERVER AND DISCORD
Charging back on items received is fraud and we WILL aggressively pursue any fraudulent charges or chargebacks.
Any fraud WILL be forwarded to the proper local authorities in chargebackers home area as well as the Action Fraud Police UK / The Relevant Authority in your area.
PREFIX / SUFFIX DONATIONS:
-THE PRICE / NAME OF THE PREFIX / SUFFIX YOU ARE DONATING FOR MAY CHANGE ANYTIME.
-YOU MAY ONLY HAVE 1 PREFIX AT ONE GIVEN TIME.
AUTHORIZATION:
By agreeing you are stating that,
1. You have parental permission / you are over the age of 18.
2. You have authorization to use the debit/credit card and/or paypal account to donate.
3. You will not charge back, dispute, reverse any payments.
4. We reserve the right to ban any account without notice for breaking an server rules.
5. You understand there are no refunds and you can't issue a refund.
